During this tenure the business grew turnover from less than R 100 million to over R 1.5 billion through a combination of organic and acquisitive growth. During its period as a listed company the company generated a compounded annual growth rate of 28,9% before being acquired and delisted in 2016

Amongst its achievement, The Litha Healthcare Group was listed 42nd in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies in 2014. The Sunday Times Top 100 Companies event recognises the best-performing JSE-listed companies, based on their shareholder returns and performance over a five-year period.
